PA Care Consultancy provides advisory-only services relating to quality, governance, HR, training and best-practice frameworks for private Personal Assistant (PA) arrangements.

We do not:

  • Deliver care

  • Employ Personal Assistants

  • Provide operational management

  • Take responsibility for care delivery

All advice is provided as guidance only. Final decisions and responsibility remain with the individual or family employing the PA.


2. No Professional Regulation

PA Care Consultancy is not a regulated care provider and does not operate under CQC registration. Our services align to CQC best-practice guidance but are advisory in nature.


3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Implementing any advice provided

  • Ensuring compliance with employment law

  • Managing their PA arrangements

  • Making final decisions regarding care

We cannot be held liable for outcomes resulting from decisions made by clients or third parties.


4. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or non-attendance may be chargeable.


5. Fees & Payments

Fees are confirmed in writing prior to work commencing.

Payment terms will be outlined in your proposal or agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.


6. Intellectual Property

All documents, templates, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of PA Care Consultancy and may not be copied, shared, or resold without written permission.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PA Care Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial losses arising from the use of our services or website.


8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data.


9. Governing Law
